About Us

Burrett IT Services Ltd were founded in 2008 by Adam Burrett, an experienced IT Professional who has worked with leading small and medium businesses around Hertfordshire. He found that his time was not fully utilized working for one company and decided to open a business in order to spread his time and knowledge across multiple companies. Companies have since benefited by reducing their IT overheads whilst maintaining a high level of professional IT support.

We have grown since that conception, and now support many companies spread over the extended local area. Most of our clients have been gained through word of mouth, a testament to our outstanding service, and support.

The "Virtual IT Department" monthly support contract came about in order to provide a fixed priced technical support service that simulated a full time IT department. Rather than risking potentially damaging downtime, the "Virtual IT Department" service includes a pro-active monitoring service that watches all your servers 24/7 and notifies us of any potential problems.
